O’TAY is not responsible for potential typing errors, incorrect prices, items that are sold out as well as supply failure.
All prices on www.otay.eu are stated in EUR incl. your local VAT. As a rule, O'TAY pays itself any fees when carrying out transactions, unless otherwise stated.
O’TAY is cooperating with NETS, which is a supplier of payment solutions. This means that sensitive information only occurs in a secure NETS-approved payment module and that O’TAY does not know about the credit card information you have entered. Shopping online is just as secure as shopping in a physical shop. You will not pay until we send your parcel from our warehouse.
Your delivery costs vary depending on which delivery method you choose when placing your order. You will be informed of the delivery costs before completing your order. Free shipping is offered to parcelshops for purchases over EUR 200.
Every parcel will be sent with a track and trace number. O’TAY uses your chosen distributor, which is why the delivery time is dependent on them.
4. Right of Cancellation
Your order must be returned to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 30 days after you have received you order. If you need to return your order, you are responsible of the direct expenses connected with the return. Additionally, you are responsible for a securely wrapped parcel. Moreover, you bear the risk of the parcel, after it has been delivered to you. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and in the original wrapping/bag, otherwise EUR 4 will be deducted from your refund.
To use your right of cancellation, you have two options: return via our return portal or with your own chosen carrier.
4.1 Return via return portal
To return via O'TAYs return portal, please create your return HERE.
Here you fill in information about your return, after which you will be sent a return label and delivery note per mail. The return label and delivery note must be printed. The delivery note is to be put inside the parcel, and the return label is affixed to the shipment.
The price for this type of return is the same, as you paid for delivery, or at least 20 EUR.
4.2 Return with your own chosen carrier
You are welcome to send the parcel yourself to our warehouse with your chosen distributor. If you return the parcel yourself the item(s) must be returned to the following address:

4.3 Please note
Previous shipping labels must not be visible on the shipment, as you run the risk of your package being registered incorrectly and thus not being sent to the correct recipient.
We do not accept returns from webshop orders sent to or delivered to showrooms, mailboxes or sent by cash on delivery. Parcels returned to a parcel shop will not be collected and is not considered returned.
Unclaimed packages will be deducted an administration fee of EUR 20.
5. Decrease in Value
You are only responsible for a potential decrease in value of the items you have bought, if it is caused by other treatment of them than necessary to determine either the type of item, the qualities, or the way that it functions. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can make use of your right of cancellation if the requirements are met (see under The Danish Consumer Protection Act, chapter 4).
All items must be returned in the same condition and wrapping as you received them in. Items which show signs of usage cannot be returned. These are signs like smell of perfume, make-up or if the hangtag is damaged or removed. The item(s) must be returned as received and in the original wrapping/bag. If we assess that the requirements for the right of cancellation are not met, we will email you with an explanation.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can get a refund. If you return your order, your money will be returned to the original method of payment, unless you explicitly wish for a different one, and no later than 14 days from the date where we received your message with your decision to return and get a refund. In case of a decrease in value that you are responsible for or in case of a missing bag/wrapping (which was attached to the parcel) a deduction will be made to your refund.
If your return is a part of a package deal, the discount will be withdrawn on the item you choose to keep.
7. Guarantee and Returns
The multiple rules of The Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. The right of complaint is valid for 24 months when you purchase something, which also applies to purchases from otay.eu. You must file your complaint within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered the absence or deficiency. If you file your complaint within the first two months, it will always be considered to be filed in time.
It is a requirement that the complaint is legitimate, and that the absence or deficiency is not a result of incorrect use or damage. The right of complaint does not cover if defects, damages or wear and tear appear due to misapplication because of a lack of maintenance or regular wear and tear. Pearls, buttons and gemstones are not included in the right of complaint. We do not accept complaints that include items in poor condition for example items that are washed incorrectly.
If you want to file a complaint regarding your purchase, you need to send or deliver your item to the address below and attach a short description of the complaint. We kindly ask you to send us an email with a photo of the deficiency, before you ship it to us. Your parcel must be shipped or delivered to:

If we agreed to a return of your item(s), we will send an email with a return label to you which you can attach if you wish to.
Note! We do not accept parcels sent per cash on delivery or to parcel shops.Always remember to return your item(s) in a proper wrapping and make sure to receive a receipt for proof of shipping the parcel.
8. Right of Complaint
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to file a complaint you need to write and email to the following email address:email@example.com. If we are not successful in coming to an agreement, you can file a complaint to ‘Center for Klageløsning’ on forbrug.dk if the requirements for this are met.

9. Personal Data Policy
To purchase something from www.otay.eu we need the following information:
Mobile phone number
We register your personal data to be able to deliver what you may purchase. Your personal data will be registered with O’TAY ApS and stored for five years and subsequently deleted. When personal data are collected, we make sure it does not take place without your consent, so that you are aware of exactly what kind of information is collected and why.
Employees at O’TAY do not have access to your personal data and your payee information is encrypted and handled externally.
Data registered with O’TAY are in no way re-sold to a third party and we do not register any sensitive personal data.
The purpose of using cookies on otay.eu is to optimize the website and its functionality, to make it as easy as possible for you to visit the site. You can always delete your cookies from your computer. How to do it depends on your browser.
