Delivery and returns
The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. Additionally, we deliver to Greenland and the EU where the delivery time is 4-7 business days.
Every parcel will be sent with a track and trace number and with your chosen distributor.
We offer free delivery on purchases exceeding 100 EUR. The cost of shipping to Greenland or the EU is determined individually. The cost of shipping is added at the end of the process of ordering.Right of Cancellation, Return and Exchange
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have the right to cancel and return your order within the first 14 days after it has been placed. So, after receiving your parcel you can return it and get a refund.
To get the refund, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received in, which means they must be as new with the hang tag still attached to the item and in the original packaging. The item(s) must be placed in the resealable bag before the return. We deduct 5 EUR from you in case your returns are not placed in the resealable bag. The clothes cannot smell of perfume etc., so try on the clothes when you are not wearing perfume and if you have pets, be careful not to leave animal hair on your returns as well.

We offer free returns when exchanging items to different sizes or into different items. Please add the new order number to your return note.
If your return is a part of a package deal, the discount will be withdrawn on the item you choose to keep.
We strive to return your payment as soon as possible. However, it may take up to 8 business days before your money is returned to your original method of payment.Complaints

If you return your order, your money will be returned to the original method of payment. The amount of money you have paid will be returned to you as quickly as possible and no later than 8 business days after we have received your parcel. If the original order was paid through VIABILL your money will be returned to your VIABILL account.
